When should I arrive for my Spa service?
It is always best to be relaxed when arriving for a treatment. We highly recommend you arrive at least 20 to 45 minutes prior to your service. Early arrival allows you to check in, change, and shower without rushing. You may relax in the Spa lounges, enjoy an herbal tea and snacks. Arriving late will cause you to loose precious moments of your treatments. Allow enough time following your treatment to relax prior to your next appointment or departure. If you are going to be arriving late, please note that your services will end at their scheduled time to ensure that the next guest’s services are not delayed.
What do I wear?
You will be given a locker for changing into a plush robe and spa sandals, which you will wear before your services and during your Spa visit. Our Spa Providers have been trained to respect the privacy of our guests. During each service, the areas of the body not involved will be covered. If you feel more comfortable, you can wear undergarments so that you can relax and enjoy your service.
Reservation Policy
It is recommended that you call and schedule your appointment in advance, in order to secure the most time convenient for you. When you call to make a reservation for more than three services, a credit card number is required to hold your reservation. A 15% gratuity may be added to the published price for groups of six or more.
Cancellation Policy
While we realize that certain circumstances can occur, there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled service for cancellations that have less than 48 hours notice (on Friday and Saturday appointments, reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance). A fee of 100% will be applied for no shows, therefore you may be required to guarantee any appointment over $50.00 with a major credit card or gift card number. When you call to make a reservation for more than three services, a credit card number is required to hold your reservation.
